Azad runs the delivery pipeline - what happens between the signed proposal and the handover pack. That means resource allocation across concurrent programs, supplier and manufacturing partnerships, and the documentation discipline that lets clients pick up a build cold.
His work is most visible in operations-heavy programs: the smart-farming and hydroponics deployments that ran to schedule despite long-lead sensor and enclosure components, and the compliance oversight (RCM/ACMA, EMC pre-scan) that keeps consumer hardware on track for market.
