Hardware teams ship firmware that software teams can't integrate. Software teams ship products that can't survive the field. We exist to collapse that gap. Mechanical, electrical, firmware, cloud, and UX engineers sit in the same room, work off the same requirements, and ship one coherent product.

    Architect the system

    Architecture, schematics, mechanical CAD, and UX wireframes reviewed end-to-end before anything is built. Cheapest iteration.

  3. 03 · Build

    Integrate weekly

    Weekly demo cadence. Hardware, firmware, and software integrate continuously — not at the end, when it's expensive.

  4. 04 · Deploy

    Ship and support

    Field pilots, DFM review, compliance, and a documented hand-off. We stay on retainer for the first production run.

What types of projects do you take on?

Anything at the intersection of hardware and software — robotics, IoT platforms, connected devices, industrial automation, and supporting mobile/web apps. We work best on programs where a single team owning the full stack is a strategic advantage.

How do you scope and price engagements?

We start with a paid discovery sprint (1–2 weeks) that ends with a written proposal — scope, risks, budget bands, and a phased delivery plan. After that, you can run the program as fixed-scope milestones or as a dedicated team retainer.

Do you handle manufacturing and production?

We take designs through DFM, certifications, and pilot production. For volume manufacturing we partner with established contract manufacturers and remain on retainer through first production runs to resolve issues fast.

Who owns the IP?

You do. All designs, schematics, firmware, and code are yours. We sign NDAs and IP assignments before sharing anything that matters.

What's your typical timeline from brief to prototype?

For a bounded prototype, 6–10 weeks is typical. More complex systems with regulatory or certification requirements run longer. We commit to dates in the proposal — not before.

How do you compare to hiring in-house?

Hiring in-house means recruiting mechanical, electrical, firmware, and cloud engineers one by one, then waiting months for them to gel. That's expensive and slow when the product still needs defining. We give you that full team from day one, already used to working together, and we document everything so your own engineers can take it over later. For a first product or a bounded program, that's usually faster and lower risk than building the team first.
