Background

Operating a fleet at scale involves dispatch, compliance, driver management, and asset health - often across disconnected tools. The client wanted a unified platform that handled the workflow end-to-end.

The problem

What made it hard.

Integrating with diverse vehicles and existing tools without creating a maintenance nightmare, and designing UX that handled dispatcher, manager, and driver roles without feeling heavyweight for any of them.

What we built.

We built a multi-tenant platform with pluggable device and third-party integrations, role-optimized views, and a workflow engine that automates routine operations. Geofencing, trip classification, and compliance reporting are handled natively.

WS 01

Vehicle Telemetry & Tracking System

We designed a compact tracker with offline trip buffering, CAN-based engine data capture, and a modular firmware that supports feature expansion. The cloud side provides standard fleet views with an open API for customer integrations.

WS 02

Remote Vehicle Control System

We built a command pipeline with signed commands, short-lived tokens, and a vehicle-side gateway that enforces policy regardless of message source. Every action is logged and traceable, and the physical vehicle always retains override authority.
