Operating a fleet at scale involves dispatch, compliance, driver management, and asset health — often across disconnected tools. The client wanted a unified platform that handled the workflow end-to-end.
Challenge
Integrating with diverse vehicles and existing tools without creating a maintenance nightmare, and designing UX that handled dispatcher, manager, and driver roles without feeling heavyweight for any of them.
Approach & solution
We built a multi-tenant platform with pluggable device and third-party integrations, role-optimized views, and a workflow engine that automates routine operations. Geofencing, trip classification, and compliance reporting are handled natively.
Results & benefits
The platform now runs daily operations for multiple fleet customers with varied vehicle types. Dispatcher throughput improved, and compliance reporting that used to take hours now generates automatically.
