Project background

Commercial sites struggle to identify where energy goes across circuits, equipment, and time. The client wanted sub-circuit level visibility without major electrical rework.

Challenge

Installing monitoring non-invasively in live panels, categorizing loads correctly across sites with different layouts, and producing insights that facility teams — not engineers — could act on.

Approach & solution

We deployed non-invasive current-transformer clamps per circuit, feeding a cellular gateway into a cloud platform with circuit-level dashboards. A disaggregation step attributes loads to known equipment categories where possible. Reports focus on opportunity, not just data.

Results & benefits

Facility teams identified and addressed several significant energy wastes within weeks of deployment — always-on loads, misconfigured HVAC, equipment left running. Payback was quick across the early sites.
