Incendio Solutions is a full-stack engineering team building robotics, IoT systems, custom hardware, and software. One accountable team, one timeline, one product that actually ships.
Trusted by teams shipping real hardware

Hardware teams ship firmware that software teams can't integrate. Software teams ship products that can't survive the field. We exist to collapse that gap. Mechanical, electrical, firmware, cloud, and UX engineers sit in the same room, work off the same requirements, and ship one coherent product.
No hand-offs, no finger-pointing, no missing glue code — just an engineering partner you can hand a napkin sketch and get a production-ready system back from.
Six disciplines, one accountable team. Pick a slice or hand us the whole program.
Autonomous mobile robots, retrofit kits, and perception/planning engines — engineered for real outdoor environments.
Sensor fleets, edge gateways, secure device management, and operator dashboards that scale past the pilot.
Schematic capture, multi-layer PCB, firmware for constrained embedded targets, and mechanical enclosures. Prototyped in days.
Multi-tenant SaaS, real-time telemetry dashboards, and ML models that talk natively to your devices.
Honest prototypes that de-risk expensive decisions, plus DFM-ready BOMs for volume manufacturing.
One contract, one timeline, one team accountable for the whole thing — from problem framing to pilot deployment.
Four phases, clear deliverables at each gate. You always know what you paid for, and what ships next.
Workshops, constraints, and a written technical proposal — scope, risks, budget bands, and success criteria on one page.
Architecture, schematics, mechanical CAD, and UX wireframes reviewed end-to-end before anything is built. Cheapest iteration.
Weekly demo cadence. Hardware, firmware, and software integrate continuously — not at the end, when it's expensive.
Field pilots, DFM review, compliance, and a documented hand-off. We stay on retainer for the first production run.
Every program is custom-scoped, but here's where most engagements land. Pick what fits and we'll quote precisely after discovery.
1–2 weeks. You walk away with a written technical proposal — scope, risks, budget bands, phased delivery plan. Yours to keep either way.
Bounded prototype-to-pilot delivery on fixed milestones and fixed price. Weekly demos. The discovery deliverable becomes the brief.
An embedded engineering pod on your roadmap — mechanical, electrical, firmware, cloud — as your in-house team. Multi-month engagement.
Not sure which fits? Send us a brief — we reply within one business day with a recommendation, or an honest "not a fit."
A cross-section of recent programs across robotics, industrial IoT, and consumer hardware.

6,500 plants under continuous autonomous control. 22% yield improvement, 38% less water.

ROS 2 platform with LiDAR + RTK GNSS, 360° safety coverage, real properties end-to-end.

Partial-discharge sensing with evidence-rich alerts — catching incipient faults before outages.

OPC UA + Modbus bridged to a tiered dashboard. Chronic downtime issues became visible and addressable.

City-scale mesh with luminaire-level telemetry — fault visibility, dimming savings, reduced inspection workload.

Engineering teams who handed us a problem and got a product back.
Amazing designs and quality work.
Working with Incendio Solutions was an incredible experience. They handled our project from start to finish, delivering both the hardware device and the software to power it. Attention to detail, technical expertise, and seamless integration exceeded our expectations.
From sketch to production on one timeline.
Mechanical, electrical, firmware, and cloud — all owned by one team. No hand-offs, no finger-pointing. They told us what was hard upfront and shipped anyway.
Sensors, dashboards, and everything between.
Rare to find a partner that owns the full stack at this depth. They closed the gap between our field hardware and the operator dashboard the rest of our team actually uses.
Honest scoping, accurate timelines.
The discovery sprint paid for itself in the first week. We got a written plan with budget bands and risks, and the program tracked to it. No surprises in the bill.
Smoothest proto-to-DFM I've seen.
They prototype like a startup and document like a Tier 1. The hand-off pack made our first production run almost boring — exactly what we wanted.

Anything at the intersection of hardware and software — robotics, IoT platforms, connected devices, industrial automation, and supporting mobile/web apps. We work best on programs where a single team owning the full stack is a strategic advantage.
We start with a paid discovery sprint (1–2 weeks) that ends with a written proposal — scope, risks, budget bands, and a phased delivery plan. After that, you can run the program as fixed-scope milestones or as a dedicated team retainer.
We take designs through DFM, certifications, and pilot production. For volume manufacturing we partner with established contract manufacturers and remain on retainer through first production runs to resolve issues fast.
You do. All designs, schematics, firmware, and code are yours. We sign NDAs and IP assignments before sharing anything that matters.
For a bounded prototype, 6–10 weeks is typical. More complex systems with regulatory or certification requirements run longer. We commit to dates in the proposal — not before.
Tell us what you're making. We'll reply within one business day.
A short note is enough. We reply within one business day with either a scoping call invite, an honest "not a fit," or a pointer to someone better suited.
